Responsibilities:

·        Lead the technical direction of our software products, balancing hands-on coding with architectural guidance.

·        Act as a key decision-maker for technical, architectural, and procedural matters.

·        Drive the end-to-end delivery of features, from research and design to release, ensuring quality and timeliness.

·        Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and support, to deliver exceptional features.

·        Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices and coding standards.

·        Mentor team members to foster technical excellence and growth.

Qualifications:

·        Proficiency in Python, with experience in NO-SQL databases.

·        8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on server-side development.

·        Deep understanding of scalable architecture and distributed systems, particularly microservices.

·        Experience in software design and system architecture.

·        Proficiency in Cloud development using Web APIs, along with experience in CI/CD workflows and agile methodologies.

·        Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is advantageous.
