Our content is created by leading educational Publishing houses and authors, such as Sesame Street, and Oxford University Press, in addition to our worldwide community of teachers and creators.

Role Overview:
We're searching for a Customer Support Specialist to be the voice of our diverse target audiences: parents, teachers, and content creators. You will enable them to get the best experience and help us grow and improve our product according to their feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for customers, articulating their needs, desires, and feedback to internal teams.
- Communicate and engage with diverse audiences across various platforms such as email, social media, app stores, and our CRM system.
- Define and improve self-support workstreams in different customer funnels via communication emails, articles, and AI bots.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior on Mixpanel, Tableau, app stores, and billing dashboards.
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, Growth, and QA teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support within a startup environment, preferably B2C.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A natural problem solver with a can-do approach.
- Highly independent.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven.
