Wisor- Senior Marketing Manager

Wisor.ai is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team!

As a one-stop solution for freight forwarders, we optimize and automate sales and operations processes to drive efficiency and innovation in a trillion-dollar industry. Now, we are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our message and solidify our position as industry leaders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage Digital Presence: Oversee and optimize the company website and social media channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to engage our target audience and establish thought leadership in the industry.
• Inbound Traffic Generation: Create and manage CPC campaigns and other inbound marketing initiatives to drive traffic and generate leads.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Message Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of company messages across all platforms, from the website to sales collateral to investor decks.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and track competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  
  

• Mid-Level Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS Startup environment.
• Proactive Attitude: A "can-do" approach with a strong drive to succeed and willingness to take initiative.
• Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.
• Versatility: Experience covering different areas of marketing, from content creation to digital advertising.
• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, strategies, and industry trends.
• High Proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
  
  

• Startup Experience: Familiarity with startup environments and the agility to thrive in a diverse role in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Industry Experience: Background in fintech, traditional industries, or supply chain is advantageous but not required.
• Native English Speaker: Fluent in both written and verbal English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Hybrid Work Environment: Ability to work both remotely and in our Tel Aviv office. (Working days at the office are: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday).
