Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

·       Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

·       Identify and pursue new opportunities and markets.

·       Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

Marketing Strategy Development:

·       Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and brand identity.

·       Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

·       Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Team Leadership:

·       Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance.

·       Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

·       Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

Market Research and Analysis:

·       Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

·       Utilize data and insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

·       Prepare regular reports on market conditions, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management:

·       Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

·       Address customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Brand Management:

·       Maintain and enhance the Auctentic brand image and reputation.

·       Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

·       Collaborate with the design team to create impactful marketing materials.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

·       Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

·       Strong project management and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Fluent in English, excelling in writing, speaking. You will work with international team
