We are seeking a proactive and experienced MSSP Partner Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for new MSSPs joining Check Point’s MSSP program.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting newly onboarded MSSPs, ensuring a seamless transition and assisting them in establishing their business as MSSPs. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in partner-facing roles, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively collaborating with partners. Additionally, exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison and advocate for new MSSPs, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for each new MSSP, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed in their role.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to MSSPs, offering insights and best practices to help them maximize their potential and achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address any challenges or issues faced by MSSPs and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with MSSPs to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other educational initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of MSSPs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to MSSPs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with MSSPs, fostering a sense of partnership and collaboration to drive mutual success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in a partner-facing role or working with MSSPs.
- Fluent in English (native) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of MSSP business models, industry trends, and technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with partners.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a success manager, account manager, or similar role.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, technologies, and industry certifications.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
