Temporary Creative Coordinator (Traffic)

Located near the Bursa in Ramat Gan, it's a 7-minute walk from the train station. Currently employing a hybrid work model.

We are currently looking for a temporary full time replacement for our Creative Coordinator who will be out on maternity leave.

As a Creative Coordinator, you'll be in charge of managing the flow of creative tasks, projects, priorities, and systems, as well as communicating with relevant internal departments and outside vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and setting priorities for creative studio tasks and projects
• Managing requests, workflow, and scheduling of in-house filming and productions (including communication with external suppliers)
• Improving processes and workflow for the creative department
• Training employees in relevant workflow processes
• Managing creative department action items and plans
• Collaborating with internal departments
• Communicating daily with foreign freelancers

Qualifications

• Track record of successful project management/traffic management
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an operations specialist/traffic manager/project manager in the field of digital marketing
• Familiarity with task or project management platforms
• Proficiency in Gantt & Excel
• High level spoken and written English
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
• Understanding of priorities while maintaining deadlines, and excellent time management and planning skills

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to perform well under pressure and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
