Production Manager

Sett is looking for a talented full-time Production Manager to join us!

Sett is an innovative startup leading the development of disruptive generative AI products for gaming companies.

At Sett, we are revolutionizing the way gaming companies create content and attract new users by producing engaging and effective video advertisements. As we expand our team, we are looking for a Production Manager.

The Production Manager plays a crucial role in the operational management of the team and maximizing the value delivered by our products and services

This position is full-time and based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Project coordination - Create a weekly plan and oversee its execution, while addressing and solving operational issues, and ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
• Interdepartmental coordination - Work closely with the CSM, Product, and Tech teams to align schedules and resources.
• Problem-solving- Identify and solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Onboarding new games - Ensure the development department prepares the necessary tools for receiving a new game, and ensure all development efforts are planned in advance and occur on time.
• Training and development - Organize regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage hiring processes, and conduct performance reviews and one-on-one meetings to ensure continuous improvement and motivation.
• Availability on Fridays for urgent matters only.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in management roles, specifically in operations or as a project manager.
• Strong background in operations management, preferably within the tech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities within a team.
• Assertive, with the confidence to make tough decisions and the capability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and ability to work independently or as part of a team while driving co-workers towards goals.
• Creative Aptitude - A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Representative, excellent communication skills, self-driven, and motivated.
• Professional English verbal and written skills.
• Operational military background and experience in an officer position in the army, including managing multiple people – advantage

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry and a deep understanding of it.
• Familiarity with project and operations management.
• Experience in performance marketing.
