A leading company in the center needs an Agile coach:
requirements:Experience of at least 4 years as a trainer in a large organization - mandatory
• Experience implementing Agile in development teams, as well as implementing Agile on the strategic business side - mandatory
• Experience in assimilating trains/tribes on the business side - a significant advantage
• Knowledge of the worlds of development - an advantage
• Ability to motivate and harness employees and managers - a must
• A real desire to make a difference - a must
• Experience in the Jira system - an advantage
• Excellent human relations - a must
• Familiarity with SAFE, SCRUM, KANBAN methodologies
• Willingness for some flexibility in order to adapt the methodology to the company
