• Documentation of work processes and solutions in the knowledge management system, writing communication to applications and clients and transferring training to the Internal Implementation Teams of Political

• Providing response, escort and support for applications and customers

• Concentration of professional issues and gaps in the ongoing contact teams with wage software and other burdens in the corps, and characterization of faults or developments required on regulation
