System Administrator - Part Time JB-3154

We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of Helpdesk/System/Security/Network Administrator at our successful software company based in Herzliya. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve end-user reported issues promptly and efficiently.

Design, create, and manage the company's office network infrastructure, including client devices, software, routers, Linux servers, network services, VPNs, security solutions, monitoring, and asset inventory.

Develop tailored IT solutions aligned with the diverse needs of various departments.

Monitor and optimize network performance, conducting tests to identify weaknesses.

Configure and maintain VPNs, RDP, and VM solutions.

Implement and enforce security policies, including anti-phishing measures.

Install and configure network equipment, addressing hardware or software issues.

Keep virus protection software updated to safeguard data and communications.

Monitor computer systems for improved network performance and promptly address issues.

Liaise with software/hardware providers and align IT processes with other departments/companies/partners.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on helpdesk and network administration in a multi-device/OS environment.

3+ years of hands-on Linux administration.

Profound knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile ecosystems.

Administrator-level expertise in network concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, CDN).

Strong understanding of DDos and bot attack mitigation strategies/tools.

Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualized solutions.

Experience with security architecture, threat modeling, and secure design.

Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.

Detail-oriented with an organized and process-oriented mindset.

Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission-critical environment.

Experience working with virtualization systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, Bash scripting, etc.

Ukrainian/Russian speaking (at least full understanding of Ukrainian).

Fluent in English.
