OCS Supervisor

• Coordinate on all technical aspects with the Snr Supervisors or OCS Manager the of Detail Design.
• Participate to the preparation of the Programme.
• Responsible for defining the necessary resources (human and material) to implement the task
• During the installation, the OCS Supervisor is required to organise the teams, in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled:
• Ensure compliance to Health & Safety procedures and regulations within the ISR operational environment including environmental issues to ensure construction phases are safe and in compliance with the Client requirements.
• Ensure that OCS installations comply with the documents and that quality requirements and deadlines are met.
• Report on all activities throughout the shift.
• Complete online reports and quality check sheets per shift.
• Work with the contractor to achieve the project goals.
• Ensure that installation procedures are follows.
• Manage NON conformities relating to the activity and report it into the Quality team.
• Report and activities that may not be completed during the shifts.

Requirements:

• Education: Engineer degree/ Practical Engineer or relevant equivalent degree
• Availability for night shifts and available for weekend works
• Rail site experience - advantage
• High level English
