We’re looking for

Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented and experienced Technology Buyer to join our Purchasing team, someone that is passionate to significantly contribute and be part of a growing global company.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong and trusted relationships across the organization and be able to quickly adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

The candidate will have experience in globally leveraging and sourcing purchasing initiatives and projects to meet the business requirements while driving cost savings through negotiations and efficiencies bringing value to stakeholders. Ability to work individually as well as a collaborative team member is a must.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Lead the global procurement technology categories with a hands-on approach, including sourcing vendors, negotiation, vendor management, POs creation, and contract execution.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with suppliers including those at a strategic level.
• Review, negotiate and revise contractual terms and documents such as MSA, SOW, etc.
• Review and analyze global spends and suppliers to identify areas for standardization and consolidation globally, contributing to overall business strategy and annual budget processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and IT to efficiently manage the vendor life cycle and resolve procurement issues.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and drive procurement objectives.
• Independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including managing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), and preparing comprehensive analysis and comparison reports.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in a global hi-tech company in an Indirect Technology Purchasing role.
• Experience with negotiating SaaS, Cloud, and various licensing agreements as well as professional services and consulting.
• Familiarity with contract terms and proficiency in contract review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Knowledge of tools and vendors in the area of Information Technology and Cyber Security; familiarity with IT Integrators and Resellers.
• Strong data analysis skills and business insight.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to combine independent work with teamwork.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is an advantage.
