Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join our vibrant company at an exciting time, connect with a dedicated team of professionals, and lay the financial foundation for our next growth phase.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated and close processes.
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements and tax filings globally.
• Working with different interfaces within the finance department, external accountants, external audit team, subsidiaries, and others.
• Develop, document, and implement accounting and finance-related policies and procedures.
• Assist in the design and documentation of internal controls.
• Support interfaces with different groups in the organization, and integrate with financial systems.
• Execute ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• CPA with at least 3-5 years of experience post-internship in a Controller/ Assistant controller position in the high-tech/internet sector.
• Internship in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically in Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
• Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, precision, and accuracy.
• Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and make an impact.
• Strong interpersonal relations, team player as well as independent work capabilities.
• Fast data learning ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.

Not required but desirable:

• Experience working in a similar role in a publicly traded company.
• Proven experience in US GAAP audit or reporting work.
