We develop state-of-the-art NLP solutions that enable millions of Walmart’s shoppers to make smarter and more confident buying decisions.

We’re growing and are currently looking for an NLP Data Scientist to join our team, and help us through the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms while handling massive amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible over algorithmic features from inception to production
• Research new technologies and adapt them for use in the product
• Apply your scientific knowledge and creativity to analyze large volumes of diverse data and develop algorithms to solve complex problems
• Write and implement efficient code

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (MSc an advantage)
• Experience in NLP - Must
• Experience in server side development, OOP language (Java/C#) - Must
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in research and implementation of Machine Learning based solutions
• Experience in taking NLP features to production - advantage
• Experience in Deep Learning - Advantage
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
