Agile Manager & Scrum Master Lead

A company that was incorporated in 2017 to create highly-innovative, land-based electronic gaming machines is looking for an Agile Manager & Scrum Master Lead. 

The Agile Manager & Scrum Master Lead will be responsible for implementing agile methodologies in teams that have not used them before, supervising software development processes, and ensuring product compliance with compliance regulations specific to the slot gaming industry. We are looking for a person who has experience in implementing agile methodologies and has ideally carried out transitions to agile in an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Introducing and adapting agile methodologies in development teams.
• Full responsibility for the software development process, from planning to release.
• Ensuring all products and processes comply with international gaming industry standards.
• Coordinate RGS software releases and communicate with regulatory committees.
  
  

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the technology or gaming industry.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to efficiently analyze compliance assumptions.
• Knowledge of project and software version management tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Very good knowledge of English.
