Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Manager at RE/MAX Vision Jerusalem. The Sales Team Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including team management, communication, customer service, training, and sales. The role involves leading and motivating a team of real estate agents, ensuring excellent customer service, providing training and support to team members, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Team Management, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in training and coaching sales teams
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
