The Zappa Group is a leading music and entertainment group in Israel specializing in LIVE events.

The group was established in 2004, and includes four main areas of activity: locations, festivals and original productions.

Role Description

This is a full-time Controller role at Zappa. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting. The Controller will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing financial risks, and providing financial analysis and guidance to the management team. This is a hybrid role, located in Beer Sheva District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
