PMO Team Lead

You will have the unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge Travel Technology company and build and develop cloud-based technologies integrated with over 200 travel companies including many leading travel brands such as Booking.com, Expedia, and others.

As the PMO Team Lead at Gimmonix, you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success/Delivery. In this role, you will lead a team of Project Management Officers (PMOs) and oversee the successful delivery of our software solutions to clients. You will manage client-facing strategic projects and ensure that our solutions are implemented effectively, meeting client needs and driving satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a customer-centric approach to delivery.

1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Project Management Officers (PMOs), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software solutions to clients, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

3. Client-Facing Strategic Projects: Manage client-facing strategic projects, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure that our solutions meet their needs.

4. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate effectively with sales, Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and coordination.

5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the client experience.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks proactively.

7. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of delivery initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

8. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data related to project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are financially viable and align with the company's financial goals and objectives.

9. Travel Requirements: The role may require overseas business trips and/or trade show visits from time to time to meet with clients, and partners, or attend industry events.

10. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Anticipate client needs and proactively address any concerns or issues that arise.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
2. Proven experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience leading delivery teams in a SAAS technology company.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
5. Deep understanding of SAAS products and the travel industry, with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
6. Experience managing client-facing strategic projects and serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.
7. Experience in financial analysis and budget management.
8. PMP, or other relevant certifications is an advantage.
