Join us as experts in Agile project management at one of the largest and most successful insurance companies in the industry!
You will be part of a leading and technological team responsible for leading the PI Planning methodology in the organization and adapting it to the organizational culture, working closely with Scrum teams, project managers, and other key roles.
The position includes managing workloads in the Agile world, managing JIRA systems, gathering requirements, specification, testing, implementation, and training, as well as standardization and monitoring.
Work involves interfacing with multiple stakeholders, external consultants, leading change management, and overcoming resistance to processes.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in JIRA/Agile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field
- Good familiarity with Agile methodology and working with Scrum teams
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure and challenging deadlines
- Familiarity with SAFe and/or project management/PMO is a significant advantage
