Deal Hunter (associate)

XT is seeking an Investment Associate who will be focused on identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in local technology startups. 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and deal-making skills, a hunter's mindset, and an understanding of technology across different industries.

Primary Responsibility: Deal Sourcing and Pipeline Building

• Identify promising startups and investment opportunities
• Conduct initial screening and evaluation of potential investment opportunities
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified investment prospects at various stages, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities

Secondary Responsibility: Deal Evaluation and Due Diligence

• Support the evaluation process of potential investments
• Analyze trends and market opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to leverage existing relationships and build new connections within the tech ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in the tech industry (product, sales, legal, or investments)
• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of technology across different industries
• Business acumen
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and oral)
