As a platform team leader you will be a member of R&D management and play a pivotal role at Tarci.

You will take ownership of the Tarci Platform, which manages the lifecycle of our product for our customers. 

You will be responsible for managing, developing and maintaining all of the client facing systems and their repositories. 

Among these, a large scale api, client facing web application and  other tools.

In your role you will be facing challenges of serving over big data repositories and the implementation of complex business logic on top of it.

Hands-on skills and experience are essential for this role.

• Develop and improve features for the platform and API that provide added value to our customers
• Responsible for the services stability 
• Lead and mentor the full stack team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of the infrastructure to meet rapidly evolving system requirements while ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Proactively collaborate with product and other stakeholders for understanding the requirements and initiating creative solutions.

• 7 years or more with relevant hands on and management experience
• Microservices architecture experience (preferred over kubernetes)
• Node (Typescript)
• Experience with maintaining and developing client code
• Javascript / Typescript 
• Client libraries or frameworks (React / Angular etc.)
• Understanding client facing systems from a broad perspective, ability to design architecture with long term thinking including scalability, stability and maintainability considerations
• Experience with testing methodologies, unitests and integration tests.
• Experience with agile working.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure and services
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
