Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, Virtual Design, Architecture, and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP). The BIM Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of BIM processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Coordination, and Virtual Design
• Proficiency in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Experience in managing and leading BIM projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or Engineering
