We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Operations Specialist - Sports Betting Integration. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless integration of our app with various sports betting platforms.

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes and ensuring the overall success of the integration.

What will you do?

• Conduct thorough testing of app integrations with leading sports betting platforms.
• Perform complete integration process testing, including user authentication, account linking, and bet placement.
• Verify data accuracy and reliability through systematic testing.
• Analyze data trends and find optimal solutions

• Client Service Excellence: Proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality metrics in client-facing roles.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to leverage data analytics for operational efficiency, evidenced by improved product deployment timelines and accuracy.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Documented history of reducing issue resolution times and enhancing system reliability through adept technical troubleshooting.
• Work must be performed in either: Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, or West Virginia.
