We are looking for a responsible, independent professional assistant revenues Controller, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company and is able to deliver in strict timelines. You will join our professional finance team (reporting to the Revenues Controller).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate revenues from contracts with customers to ensure appropriate revenue recognition and billing procedures are implemented according to ASC 606
• Act as a focal point, collaborating with legal, sales, and professional services teams to offer guidance on revenue recognition accounting, policies, or procedural matters
• Conduct month-end closing procedures, including the preparation of monthly revenue recognition, revenue analytics, reconciliations of deferred revenue accounts, and comparing actual figures with projections
• Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with the external audit team throughout quarterly and year-end
• Reviewing internal controls and procedures
• Periodically review and update the company's revenue ERP system configuration according to standard requirements
• Proactively pinpoint areas for process enhancement and collaborate with other departments to streamline revenue-related processes, fostering best practices throughout the organization

Requirements

• Audit experience with one of the "Big Four" accounting firms in the high-tech industry
• Proficient in US-GAAP and experienced ASC 606 standard
• knowledge and experience with SAAS based metrics (ARR, ACV, churn rates, etc.) - advantage
• Familiarity with Netsuite ERP and SalesForce CRM-advantage
• Capable of conducting thorough analysis of processes and controls, identifying weaknesses, and aiding in remediation efforts
• Motivation with a problem-solving attitude
• Deadline oriented with ability to work in fast-paced work environment
• Excellent time management abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
