Corporate Development Associate

We are looking for a rising business leader with a diverse skill set that can be a Corporate Development Associate. You should be excited at the opportunity to think like a well-rounded business person as you will regularly be engaged in matters that deal with and effect many parts and aspects of the organization – from strategic to financial to operational and more. The Corporate Development team is at the center of two critical pillars of the business – mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and investor relations (IR) – you will be involved in both. You will be intricately working with our leadership team to craft and execute our corporate strategy and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, you will be challenged to grow in your ability to analyze and think critically, communicate and present, and organize and manage multi-stakeholder engagements.

Contribution:

• Manage complex initiatives and processes across a range of stakeholders - internal and external
• Drive research into industry trends and technological developments to understand the underlying secular drivers and IP differentiation.
• Execute on all aspects of an M&A process from sourcing to analysis to due diligence to integration planning.
• Perform financial analysis of historical data and future projections to understand financial health of any business.
• Work with external stakeholders, such as banking advisors and investor relations advisors
• Communicate analysis and critical thinking via written and presentation formats/
  
  

• At least 3 years experience in consulting/VC/PE/investment banking
• Education in business field or technology
• High level of analytical skills and interpersonal skills with strong writing skills in English
• Strong communication in presenting and writing
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 / advanced manufacturing tech is a plus
• Know-how of financial related databases, i.e. FactSet and/or PitchBook, is a plus
