Cloud Finance Operations

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Operations in the tech-industry for the position of Cloud Operations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and creative person with strong communication skills, creativity and problem-solving skills.

In this position you will be supporting the cloud unit, by leading operational processes and ongoing procedures.

As Cloud Operations, you will assist in defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities. You are passionate about planning and strategy, familiar with cloud concepts, and a self-learner.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain monthly and yearly operations and reports.
• Build and contribute to development of company internal processes efficiency.
• Gathering and ensuring the accuracy of all information related to the processes
• Coordinating with the Cloud Internal Teams and Cloud unit customers, to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the information and operations
• Maintain and update sales & customers records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM, and other software programs.
• Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
  
  

• 3 years of experience in sales/ administration / operations.
• Familiarity with Cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Advantage.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew & English (writing and speaking).
• Experience in Excel.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Bachelor’s degree - Advantage
