We are looking for a Operations and Service Coordinator in the Automotive Field

In this role you will manage and tracking of new vehicle orders for Rad-Bynet Group (fleet of approximately 2000 vehicles):

• Pricing deals and managing price lists.
• Coordinating and managing activities with leasing companies, car importers, and fuel companies.
• Receiving orders, verifying order accuracy (price, inventory, customer details), entering into the system, and tracking orders.
• Reviewing and processing invoices.
• Providing professional and ongoing customer service and support until orders are finalized and inquiries are resolved.
• Full-time position in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, from 07:30 to 16:30.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive field – an advantage
• Familiarity with the Netzer software – an advantage
• Knowledge and ability to generate reports in Excel – an advantage
• English – an advantage
