Customer Service Specialist

The house of BERTA is searching for a skilled individual that will take customer support to a whole new level!

The person chosen to fill this role will be detail orianted, proactive when it comes to finding solutions, and highly motivated to create a positive expirience to any prospective customer that reaches out through any of the brands platforms and/or any budget they may be inquiring on.

The customer service position also entails responsibilities as a social media assistant - among them assiting with posting on the brand’s sociol channels and during content shoots, as well as replying to inflow and providing data and analytics on pre set deadlines.

Among the responsibilities:

- Replying to inflow (emails, social messages, DMs, phone calls and more).

- Creating reports and tracking data points across social channels.

- Assist the different departments at the international devision as needed.

- Assist with Social media posting and editing as needed.

Qualifications:

- English: full professional proficiency

- Basic knowledge of social platforms

- Data driven and great with numbers
