Job Title: Financial Assistant / Controller Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Controller Assistant to provide

essential support to our Group Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will

assist in various financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, compliance,

and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing accounting operations, including control systems,

transaction processing, and policies and procedures.

Aid in the preparation of timely monthly consolidated financial statements in

accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Support the analysis of accounts to produce accurate and timely accounting

information.

Preparation of a variety of financial internal reports.

Help coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting requirements.

Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Support the preparation of the corporate annual report and facilitate its audit

process.

Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with Israel Tax Authority (ITA)

reporting requirements and tax filings.

Participate in financial analysis projects to support decision-making processes.

Assist in the development and documentation of business processes and

accounting policies to enhance internal controls.

Responsibility for inventory management, including monitoring, reconciliation,

and reporting.

Perform additional financial assistant duties as necessary.

Preparation of a variety of financial internal reports.

Requirements:

 BA in Accounting, CPA - Mandatory

 Big 4 - Mandatory

 Proficient in Excel, with strong computer skills in MS Office, accounting

software, and databases (Priority System – an advantage).

 Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

 Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and

regulations (IFRS)

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 More than 3 years proven accounting experience

 Experience in global companies and manufacturing companies is an

advantage

 Availability for overtime work

 Excellent English proficiency in written and spoken communication
