Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTO to join our team and lead the technical development of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines, designing robust databases, and implementing advanced analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the development of our data communication and insights platform.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources.

- Architect and implement highly available and scalable databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.

- Develop advanced analytics algorithms and models to extract valuable insights from the data.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of leadership in developing and deploying data-driven solutions.

- Strong proficiency in database design, optimization, and administration, with expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing advanced analytics solutions using machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
