Call Center Sales Manager (Night Job)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our night shift sales operations. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales efforts during the night shift, focusing on the American market. The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for overseeing the shift's sales goals, developing new agents, and ensuring the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the night shift sales team, ensuring that sales goals and objectives are met with a high standard of excellence.

-Develop and mentor new sales agents, providing training and support to help them reach their individual goals.

-Implement and refine sales strategies and practices to maximize sales performance.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

-Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and the American market to effectively compete and innovate in our sector.

-Foster a positive, energetic, and motivational work environment, especially during the night hours.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in sales management. Experience with the American market is A-Must.

-Strong background in managing sales teams and call center operations, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales agents.
