Financial Planning Analyst

Your day-to-day role will be:

· Lead and prepare the annual budget and perform on going budget control

· Support the preparation of the Annual Budget for OPEX & Platform units

· Act as a finance business partner to various R&D groups and leaders (C- level), develop excellent relationships with

them, and be an integral part of their day-to-day work and decision-making process, providing them with insightful business insights, high-quality

deliverables and recommendations

· Generate budget vs. actuals analysis, analyze expenses and HC, and compare actual performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans. Investigate and explain key variances, trends, and drivers.

· Actively participate in the month-end close process

· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure continuity and clarity in journal entry accruals / adjustments

· Procurement Process - Assist in the procurement process by monitoring spending and ensuring alignment with the budget

Qualifications and Professional requirements skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or any equivalent field

· 3+ years of experience as an FP&A/Financial Analyst in Hi-Tech industry in a multi-national company

· Relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis

· Experience with Priority ERP software - an advantage

· Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, detail oriented

· Ability to work independently and as a team member, with excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - MUST

· Outstanding knowledge of Excel

· Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to details.
