Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated and talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D team.

A person who is eager to learn and collaborate effectively with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and programming languages.

Responsibilities:

• Play a role in setting the direction and goals for the machine learning solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and features for model development.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Train and evaluate models using appropriate performance metrics and techniques.
• Optimize and tune models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production systems.
• Continuously monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies, and integrate them into our workflows and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang and proficiency in machine learning libraries.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for machine learning deployment (e.g., SageMaker, AI Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
