Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites and custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Optimize websites for speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, ensuring WordPress coding standards.
- Work closely with the product & design team to transform ideas into functional websites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, problems, and errors encountered across our sites.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of web development experience, and practical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS & SQL.
- Experience With Object Oriented Programming.
- Version control (git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- People person - good communicator and able to work with multiple people.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with PHP - advantage.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and working with various APIs - advantage.
