Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide prompt and accurate assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware-related problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all support-related activities in the company's CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with the team to enhance customer support procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the software or education industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping customers achieve their language learning goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and executing basic SQL queries. The candidate should be capable of running simple queries against the database to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
