Senior Project Manager - Medical Device

A great, pioneering startup in the medical technology sector, is seeking a highly skilled and talented Project Manager to join its dynamic R&D & Production team.

The project manager will leverage its expertise in full Project Management lifecycle from initial concept through design, development, testing, clinical studies, regulatory submission and product release.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams across the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through design, development, testing, clinical studies, regulatory submission and product release.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that incorporates all project activities, from technical development to regulatory compliance and market launch strategies.

• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects.

• Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams including electronics, software engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and algorithm development to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Communicate project status, risks, and unexpected shifts to all stakeholders, including team members, company leadership, and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, or related field. Advanced degrees and/or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.

•5+ years of experience in project management within the medical device industry, particularly in the development of complex devices.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex multi-disciplinary projects.

• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for medical devices (FDA ,ISO 13485).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.
