About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Instructional Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Developer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality learning materials and programs that will help our learners achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop learning materials for a variety of subjects and course types Create learning materials in a variety of media formats, including written materials, online courses, videos, presentations, quizzes, and information sheets Provide guidance on the development of customized courses, including needs assessment, curriculum development, syllabus creation, and adaptation of learning materials Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on multiple projects simultaneously 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Required: Experience in developing learning materials, needs assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and implementation processes in organizations Required: Experience in collecting background information and processing it according to different learning needs Required: Proficiency in all computer applications, including presentation creation and design Required: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to lead processes Required: Two years of experience Preference: Experience in the medical sector 

Additional Skills:

High level of English proficiency Excellent interpersonal skills Flexible and creative thinking Strong written and oral communication skills

תיאור התפקיד:

•     פיתוח מערכי למידה על פי נושאים ובהתאם לקורסים מסוגים שונים

•     פיתוח במדיות שונות: מדיה כתובה, און ליין, סרטונים, מצגות, שאלות שליפה, דפי מידע מרוכזים וכו'.

•     ליוויי בבניית קורסים מותאמים: איתור צרכים, התאמת תכני התכנית ומספר המפגשים, בניית סילבוס, התאמת חומרי למידה.

•     עבודה בצוות רב מקצועי, על מספר פרויקטים בו זמנית.

דרישות התפקיד:

- תואר ראשון בתחומים: מדעי החברה, בריאות הציבור, סיעוד, עבודה סוציאלית, פסיכולוגיה ושאר מקצועות הבריאות. - חובה

- ניסיון בפיתוח מערכי למידה, איתור צרכים, אבחון, ייעוץ ותהליכי הטמעה בארגונים – חובה 

- ניסיון באיסוף חומר רקע ועיבודו בהתאם לצרכי הלמידה השונים - חובה

- שליטה בכל יישומי אופיס, כולל בניית ועיצוב מצגות – חובה 

- יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד יכולת עבודה בצוות ויכולת הובלת תהליכים -חובה 

- שנתיים נסיון – חובה

- נסיון בסקטור הרפואי – יתרון
