Marketing and Business Development Manager

Location: Ra’anana Offices + Very Flexible Hybrid Work

Job Responsibilities: 

- Execute marketing strategies for campaigns, programs, and events

- Maintain & ensure brand consistency and visual style per brand guidelines across all channels

- Optimize communication channels and processes to reach the target audience effectively

- Manage daily social media and email communications 

- Create and write newsletters, ans other pieces of communications as needed such as reports, press releases etc

- Conduct market research and create detailed and organized reports 

- Track & report on marketing campaign performance 

- Set up paid advertising ad campaigns across social media and Google

Requirements:

- Proven marketing experience  

- Strong project management skills 

- Proficiency in social media management and email marketing platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A strong sense of curiosity and a self learner

- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills 

- Able to Identify challenges, evaluate information, make decisions

- Creative thinking, thinks outside the box

- Strong attention to detail 

Technical Skills

- Graphic design using Canva or other design platforms  

- SEO knowledge 

- Experience using Email Marketing CRM’s (ie Hubspot)

- Google Analytics or other marketing performance measuring platforms

- Research using Google and other search engines platforms
