The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

Responsibilities

Preparing monthly reports for investors and third parties
Preparing annual consolidated reports according to the US GAAP
Ongoing communication with bookkeeping to ensure the accuracy of financial records
Working closely with third parties (auditors, legal consultants, banks, etc.)
Working on various financial projects
Overseeing regulatory reporting to the tax authorities
