Overview:
We're seeking a creative and hands-on Head of Content Marketing to lead Pic-Time’s growing content team. In this role, you'll build the narrative and messaging of all the content activities across our channels, execute campaigns and initiatives, manage and grow our content team and guide the content that makes up every experience our customers or prospects have with our brand - leading all operational and creative functions of content development.
Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement and product usage through compelling storytelling and high-quality content deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of content professionals. Provide close guidance, feedback, and editorial support to help team members grow and develop their skills.
- Identify key topics, themes, and messaging that will resonate with our audience and differentiate us in the market.
- Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from messaging angles, communication channels, reach opportunities, and research to drafting, editing, and publishing across our channels. Oversee the quality and accuracy of all materials including webpages, blog posts, emails, video scripts, and all other content assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and develop compelling content ideas.
- Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Manage the content production process from ideation to publication, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize content effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into our approach.
- Work cross-functionally with demand generation, partner marketing, and product marketing to create and execute the content roadmap and calendar.
- Manage and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO & SEM, influencer marketing and digital advertising
- Direct the research, planning and development of comprehensive content deliverables for external brand-led communications and initiatives across channels.
- Maintain high editorial standards and ensure consistency in voice, style, and messaging across all content channels. Review and approve content before publication to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines and product functionality.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our content and brand marketing channels, setting clear quarterly and monthly goals that ladder up to business objectives and key results.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing
- 3+ years of experience in managing direct reports
- Excellent strategic and leadership skills which consistently exhibit professional maturity, confidence and competence.
- Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, content production and sales funnels
- A skilled brand and content strategy mindset continuously focused on business outcomes.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various audiences and across all channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to contribute towards organic and paid customer growth
- Proven experience in content strategy, full-funnel customer content journey mapping, and SEO, including tactical experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
