We are looking for an economist / analyst / business developer in the field of real estate.
requirements
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
- In-depth understanding of the real estate world in terms of licensing, urban planning, investments and economic feasibility
- A full professional proficiency in English is a must
- Spanish - an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
