Head of Professional Services

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and management oversight of the professional services organization to support Orca AI’s business goals. Reporting to the COO, this is a high-visibility role that provides the development of the overall professional services plan and setting the strategic direction, and performance standards. You will develop, and manage all strategic service offerings and outcomes to drive and support the end-to-end customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Orca AI’s professional services strategy in alignment with priorities across product, sales, and marketing
• Lead a high-performing team of operations, implementation consultants, logistics and supply chain, integration engineers and professional services leaders, who partner with our sales team and customers to drive the adoption of Orca AI’s capabilities to deliver business value
• Cultivate a team culture that includes high ownership, customer-first focus, fast-paced, high integrity, and an optimistic environment
• Work with engineering and product to develop product roadmaps aligned with customers’ needs.
• Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and clear communication style
  
  

• 8+ years of building and leading high-performing professional services and/or solution architect teams in a high-growth technology multi-disciplinary environment
• Knowledge and/or experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Professional, technical knowledge and understanding
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses and influencing results
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
• Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, take ownership, be efficient in ambiguous situations
• Willingness to travel
