The System Quality Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Quality Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing quality assurance processes, strategies, and frameworks to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

• Designing QA Functionalities: designing and implementing QA processes, methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Quality Assurance: Guide the adoption and development of test automation frameworks, including tools and technologies to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
• QA Strategies & KPIs - Define strategies and methodologies for performance testing, identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending solutions to optimize software performance. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure software quality. Generate regular reports to communicate quality status to relevant stakeholders.
• Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and report product issues, verify their resolution, and work proactively to address any quality-related concerns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agile teams and R&D support to understand customer requirements and ensure they are met through high-quality products.
  
  

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

• BA or MA degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA architect, technical Lead, or similar role, with a focus on quality engineering tooling and frameworks.
• Extensive expertise in SaaS quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Extensive hands-on experience with a variety of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Junit, etc)
• Experience with performance testing and profiling tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab CI)
• Familiarity with various scripting, programming languages and software development stacks
• Leadership skills, communication abilities, and a strong understanding of software development processes.
