Legal Counsel- 2664

A leading global consumer goods company is looking for junior legal Counsel

to join the legal team!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 Review, draft and negotiate distribution, vendor and service-related contracts (e.g.

distribution agreements, NDAs, manufacturing agreements, termination letters).

 Negotiate key business terms in contracts (e.g. warranties, returns, penalties, etc.).

 Ad hoc legal support and advice to other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) based on

knowledge, research and experience.

 Communicate and coordinate with external counsel.

 Support the Legal Department in all other legal tasks, as needed.

Education/Experience:

 Degree in law from any jurisdiction- MUST

 At least 1 years of experience in a commercial and/or transactional capacity with an emphasis on

contracts- MUST

 Native English level- MUST

 In-house experience- Strong Advantage

 Strong Hebrew- Advantage
