Production Technologist - Food Company (2793)

A leading food factory in Sderot is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technologist.

This role reports directly to the Factory Manager and offers a dynamic blend of office and production hall responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production lines.
• Inspect machine output before disassembly.
• Develop and type recipes.
• Issue analyses for customers and prepare production recipes (cobs).
• Transfer orders to purchasing and inspect raw materials upon receipt.
• Analyze data and refine recipes.
• Develop specifications and address technological queries from customers.
• Understand processes and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a line technologist in a food factory.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn independently.
