Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in - English – Must.
• Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - advantage
• Experience in technical support Tier 1
• Experience in video – Advantage
• Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
• Experience in telecommunication – Advantage
• Experience in dynamic, fast paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
  
  

• Customer support Engineer.
• provide complete solutions to complicated technical service calls via telephone.
• Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
• Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's' products and flows.
• Support Sales on site as best advisor when needed.
