We're looking for a Front End Group Leader to lead our Web & Mobile teams.

What will you do?

• Own Driivz Front End domain (both Web & Mobile).
• Lead onsite & off-shore developers.
• Set the technical path to our Web & Mobile vision (Angular/React, iOS and Android).
• Ensure code quality & Perform Code & Design reviews.
• Design and lead complex features in Driivz’s world leading platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating the team.
• Take part in product definition working with our product managers.
• Participate in the planning process for software development projects and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.
• Responsible to provide state of the art user experience.

What should you have?

• 5+ years experience in Web/Mobile Development in any of the following languages: Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift/Angular/React.
• 2+ years of experience in team management, working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Can-do approach and innovative by nature.
• Great soft skills, desire for mentoring and training people.
• Excellent software design and problem solving skills.
• Fast learner, comfortable taking on new technologies and challenges.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills – both in Hebrew & English.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience.
