Project Manager to lead Residential Real Estate Projects

Ashdar part of Ashstrom Group is looking for a Project Manager to lead residential real estate projects in the company's engineering department, from the planning stage to execution.

The position includes representing the developer at the execution sites in front of contractors and authorities, managing planning teams and leading licensing processes from initial planning to permits and occupancy

What is important for you to have?

- Engineer or architect with at least 5 years of experience.

- 2-3 years of experience as a planning manager in project management companies or entrepreneurial companies in residential projects from the program stage to the permit and tender.

- 3-4 years of experience in on-site supervision in residential projects from the work permit stage to final occupancy - at least one project as an on-site supervisor - mandatory.

- Practical experience working directly with authorities, licensing departments and municipal supervision to issue permits and completion certificates for occupancy.

- Good engineering understanding of execution methods, licensing processes, sales law and planning regulations.
