B-net is Serrching for a COO/CEO to manage and lead the operations of a manufacturing company. Responsibilities: Oversee operational and production managers and employees. Manage human resources - ensuring the welfare and development of the company’s managers, leading, guiding, and challenging them. Lead production processes, analyze and optimize complex manufacturing processes, identify strengths and weaknesses, and continuously improve processes. Handle industrial processes in an industry specializing in skilled and sensitive manual work. Support managers and enhance the quality of employees and products, introduce modern and advanced management processes to the organization. Manage the financial aspect, including tax payments in the target country, payroll, and more. Responsible for a management team and product design, procurement, logistics, and production teams. After an introductory period and gaining experience, the role will transition to CEO. Qualifications:

Job requirements

8-10 years of experience in operational management, leading operations/COO in a manufacturing company (second tenure in operational management/COO). Experience in managing operational managers, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics. Experience in managing a manufacturing plant with a workforce of 300-600 employees. Experience in formulating strategy, building annual work plans, and implementing them. Experience in leading change processes and introducing advanced management methodologies. Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Engineering Degree/MBA. Language: High proficiency in English. Experience: Experience and ability to manage multicultural managers and employees.
