Description

Fiverr is looking for an onboarding specialist, who will create a seamless onboarding experience for the platform’s new sellers, explaining the product and introducing best practices, helping them succeed. The potential candidate will be responsible for assisting Fiverr’s sellers to leverage the platform to gain business growth and success.

The ideal candidate is inherently a tutor, a seasoned public speaker, and a quick thinker. They should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and passion for people!

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

Facilitate onboarding group calls, webinars and presentations with Fiverr’s customers
Educate our newest customers with best practices to utilize business opportunities and product functionalities
Update training materials, following up on product updates and releases
Serve as a point of contact for valued customers in the first steps of becoming sellers on Fiverr

Requirements

Great presentation and public speaking skills
Fluent spoken and written English is a must! Other spoken languages are a plus
1 year of experience in customer-facing roles is a must plus
